Home Sessions are available to Katy Manor Residents Wednesdays only, however in addition to in-home sessions, I also see clients at my private wellness studio, Origami Bodi, located minutes from here, inside of Salons by JC 99/I10 (next door to Planet Fitness and Trek).
Coming into the studio gives you access to a wider range of services and appointment times that may not always be available for in-home visits.

In-home sessions include massage therapy, functional nutrition consultations, yoga & breathwork, and energy healing (Reiki/frequency work). For certain services that require special equipment (like red light therapy or body contouring), you can visit me at my studio inside of salons by JC off of 99/I10 (right next door to TREK and PlanetFitness.
All booking is done online through my website. Simply choose “In-Home Services” or “Studio Services,” select your time, and confirm your appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details.
Yes! I host outdoor workshops and wellness gatherings — sometimes free, sometimes ticketed — that are open to Katy Manor neighbors. Events may include yoga, guided meditations, sound healing, and yoga trapeze demos. Upcoming events will always be listed on this page.

Yes! I offer in-home wellness services right here in our neighborhood with our WellCare Mobile Fee Waived for Katy Manor Residents. You don’t have to fight traffic or schedule travel time. Travel fee is waived, however you must supply the massage table and linens.
Yes. Since this service is covered under WellCare Mobile, residents are responsible for supplying the massage table and linens. This helps keep the cost waived for our community.
Best Choice: A sturdy, portable massage table with adjustable height. Brands like Earthlite, Master Massage, or Sierra Comfort are reliable and affordable.
Height: Adjustable legs (24–34 inches) so the table can match my working posture.
Width: 28–31 inches is ideal — wide enough for comfort, but not so wide that it limits my reach.
Fitted sheet + flat sheet: Use cotton or microfiber (soft but durable).
Face cradle cover: Disposable covers or a washable pillowcase work well.
Blanket or throw: Lightweight, washable, and cozy for extra warmth.
Optional: A table warmer pad (great in cooler weather) for added comfort.
A small cylinder bolster or firm pillow is perfect to place under knees (for back-lying) or ankles (for stomach-lying).
If you don’t have a bolster, a rolled-up towel or blanket works just as well.
Please allow at least 2–3 feet of clear space around all sides of the table.
This ensures I can move comfortably, access your body evenly, and give you the best session possible. If you’re setting up in a smaller room, position the table diagonally to maximize movement space.
Choose a quiet, private room with minimal distractions.
A living room, guest room, or even a cleared dining room works perfectly.
Please have pets secured and children supervised so the session is uninterrupted.
