This session isn't just "a bodywork session" or a "consult". It's the first step in uncovering what's really driving your burnout, pain, and health imbalances - and it delivers enough insight and relief that clients naturally want the next step.
In this personalized session, we begin with a focused interview to understand your unique symptoms, lifestyle, and stress patterns. This is your moment to feel heard, not rushed.
Your healing starts with a thorough and integrative evaluation—designed to identify what your body is really trying to tell you.
You’ll walk away with:
Insight into possible root causes of your symptoms
Wellness therapies to provide immediate relief
Personalized guidance on the most aligned next steps for your healing journey
A single session designed to reset your body and mind at every level:

Phase 1 –
Introspective Healing Work
Your reset begins before we meet. Through self-reflection tools like Nutri-Q assessments, wellness wheels, food journaling, and intake forms, you’ll uncover hidden patterns in your body and daily life.
This isn’t “paperwork.” It’s your first step in healing —
a chance to see where stress, habits, and emotions are showing up in your health.
By completing this phase, you’ll arrive with clarity, and we’ll be able to dive deeper into the work that matters most.
Phase 2 – Energy Scan & Insight
We begin your session with a Bio-Resonance Scan to reveal how thoughts and emotions are impacting your body.
Together, we’ll weave insights from your assessments, intake forms, and lifestyle habits.
During this Talk Therapy portion, you’ll also receive a lightly guided meditation (hypnotherapy-style) that helps you see how
thoughts → emotions → energy → body patterns.

Phase 3 – Core Reset
This is where the healing layers come together. Using what we’ve uncovered, I’ll guide you through an intentional reset that may include:

Phase 4 –
Personalized Enhancement
Every client’s session is unique. Based on your needs and safety, I may layer in additional therapies such as:
