We have 2 locations. 5373 West Alabama Street, Houston Texas 77056 Monday-Friday. 24551 Katy Fwy, Katy TX 77494 Saturday & Sundays. We also offer virtual online sessions that take place on video call like zoom or over the phone.
We accept major credit cards like visa, mastercard, discover, american express. We also have the option to accept payment through Zelle, Cash APP, Venmo, however initial non-refundable deposit must be provided prior to scheduled appointment time.
.Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for massage therapy?

6. What happens if my claim is denied? If your claim is denied, check with your HSA/FSA provider to understand why. 9. What if I have an HSA and an FSA—can I use both? You can use either, but not both for the same expense. Some people prefer to use their FSA first since it has a “use-it-or-lose-it” rule, while HSA funds roll over year to year.

MASSAGE THERAPY

In contrast, stress reduction massage primarily aims to alleviate physical and mental tension, promote relaxation, and enhance overall well-being.
Someone with a diagnosed medical condition or injury, such as sciatica, frozen shoulder, migraines, or digestive issues, would typically benefit more from medical massage. Clients looking to manage stress, anxiety, or simply unwind and recharge would be better suited for a stress reduction massage.
Yes, the techniques vary significantly. Medical massage often utilizes deeper, more targeted techniques like trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and specific muscle manipulation to address the underlying pathology. Stress reduction massage, on the other hand, tends to be more gentle, using relaxing strokes like Swedish massage, light kneading, and soothing effleurage.
If you have a specific medical condition or injury, it's best to consult with your healthcare provider or a massage therapist who specializes in medical massage. For general stress management and relaxation, a stress reduction massage may be the better choice. It's always a good idea to communicate your goals and needs with the massage therapist so they can recommend the most appropriate treatment.
Couples massage is not performed at the same time. You may schedule sessions back to back.
