WellCare Mobile Add-On Terms & Conditions

By requesting a mobile service quote, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Service Fee & Retainer:
  The full service fee and WellCare Mobile fee (retainer) are due in full at the time of booking to reserve your appointment and block calendar time. The retainer secures a minimum of 3 hours on our calendar and is non-refundable outside of the cancellation window.

• Cancellation Policy:
  Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund, including the retainer. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the WellCare Mobile retainer (travel fee). The session fee may be refunded or applied to a future visit at our discretion.

• First-Time Visit Fee Waiver:
  The WellCare Mobile fee is waived for first-time visits, so you can invest that amount toward purchasing your own massage table, linens, bolster, or pillows. We'll provide a recommended Amazon list for your convenience.

• Travel Details:
  Our mobile service includes up to 50 minutes of driving time each way (from our Katy, TX office). Travel exceeding this range or requiring toll roads may incur an additional fee. Travel during peak traffic times may also result in surcharge fees. You will receive a real-time GPS ETA the day of service.

• Client Requirements:
  Clients must provide a massage table, linens, and bolster on-site. We will supply all other necessary equipment and tools. A valid ID and credit card on file are required for all mobile services.

• Add-On Only:
  The WellCare Mobile Add-On covers travel only. The selected healing service (massage, yoga, nutrition, Reiki) is billed separately. For clients enrolled in our 10-week program, mobile fees are included at no extra charge.
